  • Licensed Alcohol & Drug Mental Health Counselor

  • State Certified ADSAC Assessor

I am certified by the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) to administer ADSAC assessments. ADSAC or DUI assessment is a significant step towards reinstating your driver’s license after losing it as a result of DUI, DWI, APC, DUID, Possession of CDS, or any other alcohol or drug-related offense. My clients often walk into my office overwhelmed by the numerous conditions they need to meet for the courts or the Department of Public Safety to drive again legally. I notice that the frustration comes more from not knowing how to complete all these court stipulations. Sometimes they are given little information regarding what, where, and how to proceed. When you walk into my office, I know you have already exhausted a lot of money, time, energy, and other resources. So I utilize an empathetic approach in a professional office setting to make this step a less strenuous experience. I also provide you with as much information as possible so you leave my office knowing what to do next, or perhaps you leave my office with your red stamp (if you’ve already met specific criteria). Our Services

DUI ADSAC Assessment

When your driver’s license is suspended or revoked due to DUI, DWI, APC, DUID, or Possession of CDC, the Oklahoma Statute 47-6-212.2 requires you to complete some educational courses. These range from a 10-hour ADSAC course to an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). To determine which intervention level to place you in, you will meet with a Certified ADSAC Assessor. Learn More

Red Stamp (Certificate of Completion)

To get your license reinstated after it has been revoked or suspended due to a DUI, DWI, APC, DUID, or Possession of a CDC, the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) will need to see a certificate of completion from a Certified ADSAC Assessor. This certificate of completion is also known as the Red Stamp. Learn More

Court-Ordered Alcohol and Drug Assessment

Occasionally, the judge might order you to complete a drug and alcohol assessment even though your case is not related to driver’s license revocation or reinstatement. In this case, you will also meet with a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor to go through an assessment process, after which we will provide you with a court report or a recommendation. Learn More
